1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mission.inc and ("Mission.inc," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform and service provided by U X MACHINA Sp z o.o.; Address: Poland, 00-682 Warsaw, Hoża 86/410.

By accessing or using our AI-powered service, including our website, desktop and mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Mission.inc provides a platform https://mission.inc/ that interacts with you, presents your profile and interests, connects you with organizations and individuals based on your preferences and defined missions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Account

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information,
• Maintain and promptly update your account information,
• Keep your login credentials confidential,
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account,
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

There are certain account restrictions:

• You may only create one account per person,
• You may not share your account credentials with others,
• You may not transfer your account to another person,
• We may refuse to grant you an account or terminate your account at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease,
• Your account and User Content may be deleted (subject to our data retention policies),
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain due and non-refundable.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the Service or by contacting us via support.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Mission.inc offers both free features and premium subscription plans. Free features may be limited in functionality. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features as described in the Service and beind added over time.

 Subscription terms

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan),
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew - unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period,
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle,
• Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period,
• No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods,
• Your account will revert to free tier access after the billing period ends.

Except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, all subscription fees are non-refundable. 

5. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights,
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose,
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts,
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers,
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission,
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service,
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service. Impersonate any person or entity,
• Submit false or misleading information,
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful materials,
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users,
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

6. AI Interaction

When interacting with our AI recommendation system, you agree to:

• Use the AI for its intended purpose of getting recommendations, matching and guidance,
• Not attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI system,
• Not submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content to the AI, 
• Not to extend AI interactions (e.g. operations on large data sets) which can result in consuming extensive number of AI tokens.

You understand and agree that your interactions with our AI system, including your preferences, recommendations and conversation data, may be used to improve our algorithms and overall service quality. 

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Mission.inc, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The Mission.inc name, logo, and brand elements,
• Our AI recommendation algorithms and technology,
• Website and app design, graphics, and user interface,
• Software code and documentation.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without compensation to you.

7. License for Service users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Transfer your license to another person,
• Modify or copy Service materials except as necessary for normal use,
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent,
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

8. User-generated content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including profile data, descriptions, and preferences ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Mission.inc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Other Users and activities of individuals and organizations using the Service may generate certain text descriptions, images, videos, and metadata. Some content may also be provided by third parties. This content is the property of its respective owners and is used under license or fair use principles.

9. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

10. Force Majeure

Mission.inc shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, or government actions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last update" date. For significant changes, we may also provide notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
